 GENERAL USE OF THE WEBSITE:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or violate any applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

  • We aim to display accurate product images, colors, descriptions, inventory, and pricing.
  • Due to device settings, colors may appear slightly different in person.
  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

ORDERING & PAYMENT:

  • Orders are processed once full payment is received.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment options provided at checkout.
  • Suspected fraudulent or high-risk orders may be cancelled for your protection.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing Times

  • Standard processing time: 2–4 business days.
  • High-volume periods (drops, holidays, sales): 5–7 business days.

Shipping Within the United States (Georgia-based brand)

We ship from Georgia, USA via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Express Shipping: Overnight or 1–2 business days (depending on carrier)

All shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Package weight
  • Destination
  • Selected speed
  • Insurance
  • Additional profit margin built into the final shipping cost to cover packaging, handling, and operational costs.

International Shipping

  • Average delivery: 7–21 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

Shipping Insurance

  • All shipments include basic carrier insurance.
  • Additional insurance options may appear at checkout depending on carrier availability.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
  • For damaged packages, email info@forthechosen.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If not:

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final Sale items, discounted items, limited-edition drops, sample pieces, and accessories may be non-refundable.

Return Process

  • Email info@forthechosen.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on item availability.
  • If a replacement is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
